We take pride in delivering the freshest, highest-quality seafood to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s a problem with your order.
1. No Returns on Perishable Items
All seafood purchases are final sale and non-returnable. This is because we cannot resell returned seafood for health and safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at sales@washingtoncrab.com with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation and evidence provided.
3. Shipping Delays and Missed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services (e.g., weather, carrier errors), but we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only to addresses within the continental U.S. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
6. Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of checkout. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) through Squarespace and do not store your credit card information directly.
7. User Accounts
You may create an account to manage orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
